Our event styling and design includes full service custom wedding and event planning, design, and coordination. In addition, we provide a large inventory of rentable decor for your event and will happily source anything we don’t have that you would like or need. On the day of your event, our team is on site at your venue for set-up, take down, and any other needs to make your day perfect in every way.

Our love and passion is to work with you from beginning to end. We want to create and see the detailed vision of your day become reality. We are known for one-of-a-kind custom event design, and if you cant find what you are looking for, we will.

We work closely with you to learn and understand your vision and vibes for the day. We begin with a comprehensive checklist to determine all your event needs down to every last detail.

Once we’ve got your vision down, our creating and curating begins. We will create a mood board for you to approve so you can envision how all the decor will come together. This helps the rest of the design planning to remain focused through selecting and obtaining florals, rentals, and decor. With our methods and expertise, we help you take that scattered Pinterest board and turn it into a streamlined design.

We have a network of great vendors including the all important day of coordinator to make your event flawless.

Before your event


  • Complimentary initial 2-hour consultation to get to know each other, are we a good fit? Discuss the vision and ideas you have for your event, or if you don’t have a vision yet, we are here to help.

  • Provide and go through a detailed checklist of all details you may want to consider, as well as some unique and fun alternative ideas for your event. 

  • Develop and track your budget based on established priorities

  • Choose color palette and determine your style or theme.

  • Assistance with Save the Dates, Invitations, and printing services. 

  • Research venues and/or vendors to match your budget and style.

  • Assistance with choice of floral designer and floral design.

  • Visit your chosen venues ceremony and reception sites for layout and mapping design.

  • Determine what if any items your venue offers inclusive with your package that you will be using, and what is our remaining list for Rental items, décor, and vendors.

  • Determine Decor and Rental selection to achieve our proposed design.

  • Determine customized decor items to be purchased.

  • Meet together with florist to present physical décor pieces requiring floral embellishment.

  • A final meeting with staged set up of all décor for in person visual review and approval.

  • Communication is key!! I’m available to you by telephone, text, or e-mail anytime during this process.

During your event


  • Day of Coordinator is recommended

  • Delivery and set up of all décor items contracted through us is included in your package unless otherwise stated.

  • We stay for any site flipping or repurposed items that need to be relocated from one site to another during the event.

  • Prep clean-up crew for rental pick up and decor clean up

  • On-time arrivals for pick up and clean up

  • Our staff is trained to leave the venue space cleaner than they found it upon departure

  • Available by telephone or text anytime

  • One Million Dollar COI (CO-Insurance Policy) provided for every event.
